Abstract

This paper examines the dairy industry restructuring based on the influences from the globalization process and the reorganization of the strategies commonly employed by its actors. These strategies unclude the organization of dairy producers, adpoting conventions controlled by agroindustries and a wide institutional intervention. It concludes about an accelerated and including modernization from the Aguascalientes DS, but where threats prevail over a possible lasting development.
