Abstract

This article explores on an anthropology view the modernization and evolution process of two small farming associations un Sato de los Salado, Aguascalientes. It also analyzes organization as a basic of market and technology strategyt changes considering the new quality milk standards within the state dairy program. A dual productivity development process an a marked social differentiation were detected which effects could the objetives in a short time. To avoid those results was necessary to consider the power of local structures and the active work of dairy ranvhers and their relation with the state administration.
