Abstract

The quantitative and qualitative bacteriological análisis of different types of food was realized: balanced, pellet and flake, and inconventional: Tubifex spp and Artemia spp used in agricultural industry to feed aquatic organisms in culturing. Samples of different selective enviroments were isolated and identified by API-20E and PI-20NE. The following families of phatogenic bacteria of high risk in agriculture and of great importance for public healt werw found: Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonadeaceae, Aeromonaceae and Vibronaceae. Agricultural industry runs great risk of bacterial apizootic diseases because it has to use living food, for the bacterial responsibility of these organisms due to the envoroment and conditions of culturing and extracting. For the reason the production, extraction and marketing of these consumables should be considered within the norms for aquatic healthiness.
