Aplicación de matrices de contabilidad social para el estudio de comunidades rurales

El caso de Trincheras y Arizpe, Sonora

Abstract

In this article, we analyzed the implications of the designs of support public policies in two representative towns of Sonora: Trincheras, located in the semi desert region, and Arizpe, located in the High Mountains. In order to register the economic relations of those communities and their regional context, we created a social accounting matrix. We were able to identify the main characteristics of the productive structure and propose alternatives for economic development at the communities of Trincheras and Arizpe.
