The complexity of the vital flow integrates dynamic, adaptive, efficient, hierarchical and evolutionary qualities that can be considered with high level of organization in the quantic, physical and chemical structures. Not only that; there is a manifest emergency towards the levels of autonomy and cognition, which living organisms express in their autopoiesis. The specie Homo sapiens has specific attributes; which them, the specie has the privilege of studying himself and the world. In the current field of biological sciences there is an integrative current of the genome sciences with the hand of the applicability from the bioinformatics vanguard. Contextually, it shows an instrumental and phenomenological multidisciplinary development. With this set, a cognitive-technological network has been built as a relevant theoretical-methodological-bioinformatics construct in the present and with a great significance in the prospection of the knowledge on the planet life. These biological systems integrate the specialized knowledge of genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics and interactomics as a platform for other omic disciplines. This new paradigm is directed towards synthesis, it is also oriented fundamentally in the understanding of the health-pathology, an inexorable component of life-death on the Earth.
