Abstract

Life is an emerging manifestation of organized matter. From the material level derived qualities, energetic, organizational, dynamic, informatic, systemic, regulatory, reproducible, relational, hologramatic, self-repairing and unitary qualities. The complex molecular level is considered the basis of the congruence between structure and functionality and is a constituent part of the total reality of the vital process. This essay emphasis on gene organization as the foundation of universal mechanisms of replication, transcription and translation of the genetic code to the construction of the proteome, which are sequential processes that sustain the vital unit and are also the evolutionary origin by which organisms are diversified. Its revision generated the theoretical methodological construct of the omic sciences.
