Importancia de la generación de valor en la cadena agroalimentaria de la leche en México

Abstract

Abstract. With the aim of identify the situation of dairy production in Mexico, the globalisation effects and the theoretical aspects concerned to value generation in this issue, a literature revision was conducted . It was found that since Mexico was introduced in the TLCAN, it got involved in a globalizing and productive internationalization dinamics, affecting the family dairy sector, and with this, the rural inhabitants on these areas. As a consequence, family dairy farms have adopted different adaptation strategies with the aim of optimize their resources. In conclusion, is evident the urgence of policies and mechanisms that allow value generation among the dairy chain´s eslabons, in this context it is important to apply the different methodolgies in this issue through researches that give rise to the identification of variables that allow to goes directly in this aspect.
